Dear Nicolas Valley Parents, Families, and Community Members,

It is truly an honor to serve as the Principal of Nicolas Valley Elementary School. I have dedicated the last 15 years to the field of education, and it has been a journey filled with learning, growth, and deep commitment to students. Prior to becoming a principal, I served as the Assistant Principal at Alamos Elementary School and also held the role of Intervention Administrator at Alamos, Barnett, and Paloma Elementary Schools. My career began in the classroom as a special education teacher for students in grades 3 through 6, a role I held for eight incredibly meaningful years.

I live in the Murrieta area with my husband, our two energetic boys, and our three beloved French bulldogs. When I’m not on campus, you’ll most likely find me cheering on my sons at Los Alamos Sports Park, where they play football. During the summer, we’re camping, relaxing at the beach, or enjoying the peaceful surroundings of our family home in Maine.

Nicolas Valley is a very special place because of the people who make up this community. Our students are curious, creative, and capable of amazing things. Here, we believe every child has the potential to succeed, and we work hard to create an environment where students feel safe to take risks, ask questions, and grow both academically and personally. The support of our staff, families, and community partners helps make this a truly nurturing and inspiring place to learn.

I am so proud to be part of a school where respect, inclusion, and a deep love of learning are at the heart of everything we do. I look forward to continuing this journey with all of you and to making this year one of our best yet.
